My name is Gyula Lukács, I am Hungarian, and I have extensive experience in business transformation, continuous improvement, and program management in sectors such as corporate services and agribusiness. I am an expert in project management, process optimization, Lean Six Sigma methodology, and the implementation of tools such as RPA, Tableau, and Domo to optimize operations and boost efficiency.

My professional background includes overseeing global projects, delivering training workshops in various regions (EMEA, LATAM, USA, APAC), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

I hold a Master's degree in Leadership and Business Management from the University of Pannon, a Bachelor's degree in Economics, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Budapest Business School. I focus on driving innovation through strategic project execution and operational excellence.
